Sugar Free Brownies
¾ Cup of Softened Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
¾ Cup Flour
½ tsp. Baking Powder
1 packet Truvia or Stevia Sweetener (equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar)
Butter 8” x 8” baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt Amber Lyn Dark Chocolate Baking Chunks in a double boiler or in the microwave for 30-second increments and stir until completely melted. (Be careful not to burn chocolate.)
Mix butter, melted chocolate and vanilla. Whisk eggs and add to chocolate, mixing well.
In a separate mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder and Truvia. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture. Mix together.
Pour in baking pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely.
Spread on fudge topping
½ Cup Heavy Cream
1 ½ Cups Dark Amber Lyn Baking Chunks
2 packets Truvia or to taste
Melt chocolate and mix with heavy whipping cream in pot over low heat. Add Truvia to taste.
Frost brownies and cut with a warm knife into sixteen squares.
Refrigerate for 2 hours
