I found your company while surfing my computer looking for Sugar Free Chocolate. As a new type 2 Diabetic (July 2009) I was missing chocolate in a big way! I ordered some without even tasting any, and I am thrilled with the flavor and quality! I keep a couple of the tasting bites in my work bag so that I can have chocolate when I want it, and one is usually enough to satisfy me. I'd love to see them in a couple more flavors though. I haven't tried your truffles yet, but would like to see single flavor packs in those (I don't like coconut or nuts)
I'm hoping to see you at a Costco Road Show here in Washington State....soon!
Thanks for making my diabetic life a lot more bearable!

I purchased 3 boxes from a Costco a couple of years ago on one of Amber Lyn Chocolate's road shows and they are FANTASTIC... Wish they had them at a Costco in AZ.... My question regarding the fat content I hope to hear from someone because I bought AND ATE them all over a long period of time, hoping they'd come back to Costco, but never realized the high saturated fat content, and I just can't figure out where that comes from according to their ingedients I just can't seem to find the "culprit" of the saturated fat... But, IT IS GREAT STUFF...

I have lost 39 lbs on the Belly Fat Cure progam by Jorge Cruise. I call it a progam, not a diet, because I consider it a permanent lifestyle change, not something temporary that I am going to give up once I reach my target weight. Amber Lyn Chocolates has been a material part of my program, especially during the holidays. I generally eat one no sugar choclate bar per day. During the holidays, when just about everyone else I know was gorging themselves on sugary treats, I "cheated" by allowing myself to indulge on Amber Lyn Chocolate whenever I wanted. I didn't ever go too far off course, but Amber Lyn helped keep me anchored in my resolve.

Happy New Year, Amber Lyn. And thank you.
